​I’ve spent the last 20+ years in elite-level selling, leading sales departments and call centers, building high performance teams, recruiting/hiring, training/evaluating, creating comp plans/incentive programs, implementing processes, and proactively coaching employees to exceed their goals. I’ve worked in a variety of industries including digital media, Ad tech, online advertising, eCommerce, EHR/Healthcare, and Finance/PEO.

As Co-Founder of One Broken Cog, a conscious business accelerator, I share the mission to accelerate positive change in the world by helping business leaders identify and fix broken cogs that are preventing growth and holding them back from achieving their objectives. 

Prior to founding One Broken Cog, I was a perennial award winner in the AdTech world using programmatic ad exchanges to help publishers sell and monetize their traffic. During this time, I led my team to a record breaking 1 million dollars per day
in just over a year into my tenure. Due to my effectiveness and expertise in this field I spoke at numerous industry events and trained other professionals in my methods. 

​When it comes to business leadership, I have extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of areas including sales training, sales management, sales process and methodology, consultative sales, marketing strategy and workflow management. My approach is different from many other leaders in that I focus on both micro and macro goals, while creating synergy between departments as well as reps & managers.


At One Broken Cog, I lead by example by showing clients how to effectively scale their sales teams by implementing custom processes and systems, establishing initial and ongoing training, and developing leaders from within. 

I live in Simi Valley, California and enjoy family BBQs, swimming, and going to Disneyland with my kids.
